The deadline for applications is June 30^th, 2019.

To apply for the studies the student has to follow these steps:

1. Fill the online application form which can be found in http://www.turiba.lv/en/studijas/exchange-students/342/ (will be open from April 20^th). While applying it will be requested to upload following documents:
   1. Scanned copy of student's passport;
   2. Scanned passport size photo (in good quality – 300pix; size – 3*4 cm; file - .jpg);
   3. CV
   4. After the online application form is filled, the student will receive an e-mail with 2 links for their documents:
      1. Filled Application form
      2. Filled Learning Agreement;
      3. Both of the documents need to be printed out and signed by the student and the university coordinator. Afterwards we are kindly asking to scan them and send them to my e-mail: ieva.ziemele@turiba.lv.
      4. When the Learning Agreement will be signed from our side I will send a scanned copy back to the student together with the acceptance letter.

NB! We don't need any application documents in paper form.

In August informative e-mail will be sent to all accepted exchange students about introduction meeting and arrivals.

Autumn semester:

• Orientation week – late August/early September 2019
• Study period (including exam period) – early September to 31.12.2019

Spring semester:

• Orientation week: early January 2020
• Study period (including exam period) – early January 2020 (for master level students from February) to 30.04.2020 (31.05.2020 for master students).
